Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I bought a ticket on June 9th and as soon as I bought it and I saw the email confirmation I saw that it was coming out of the wrong City. I immediately called Ace travelers to cancel the ticket and get a refund and rebook. I was told better to representative that I would receive a refund and I also received an email saying I was due the refund and it might take two business Cycles before I saw it. It is now August 29th and I have not received a refund. I also I'm disputing it with my bank. Resolution Sought I would like the full refund ASAP and I would like an apology.

I booked a flight they kayak.com in Oct 2021 to Hawaii for my daughter and son in law wedding. Tragically my son in law passed away a week before the flight. I canceled my flight and have been trying to get my money back now for 8 months. Ace travelers tells me it will be a week I'll get my money. Same story for last 8 months. Every time they tell me I will get it in a week. I don't know what to do to get my money back. Resolution Sought Give me my refund of 776.26$
