On December 19th 2023 I call for a tow truck to give me a jump so that I can make it back home The tow truck came and claimed he couldn't give me a jump but he would tow it for me I let him tow it to my house when we got to my house he was taking it off the rack he busted my oil pan or ran all over the street all over the car so he stated that he would come back the next day take the car to his mechanic and have it fixed he did not come back until December 23rd he told my car to his mechanic his mechanic fix the oil leak and replace whatever was busted and charged me $400 and $44 that bill belongs to the toe person Muhammad is his name he tried to say he paid the tow man for the job the tow man said he did not pay him for the job So in order for me to get my car I had to give the mechanic $440 .. I want my 4 40 back from Ace Towing company The driver's name is Hamed Muhammad.. in all fairness he needs to return my money he damaged that car that car only needed a jump when he picked it up which he claim he could not jump it So I want my money back that's what I'm asking Resolution Sought Let him know that I am asking for my money back that he stole by lying .mechanic stated all he did to the car after fixing the oil pan was jumped the car and the car was drivable like I asked Hamid Muhammad to do from the beginning asking for the money Back. Hamid did not pay the mechanic he stated he paid The mechanic for the work he stated he gave him 350 The mechanic's name is EVER he said Hamid did not give him any money they took my money..Hamid breached his promise to pay Ostars
