ACG Medical Supply Inc complaints

My father had spoken to David and Darrell about a lift chair that was 1400.00 and larger to fit him better, after they got through up selling him to an 1800.00 chair which was much small,and the fact he is on a fixed income it left him 600.00 for the month..... they said they would exchange the chair,but upon coming found that there was some blood on the arm of the chair, as well as feces, however after careful examination of the chair there was a small about of blood on the are of the chair but no feces at all, I took pictures today and it's clean as well with the 125.00 to clean and refurbished the chair, that was pretty reduuass, I understand them not wanting to take it back, but stated on the phone they wouldn't take it back if it were soiled, and David was upset about it and was very addiment about that,and apparently was discouraged about the situation period. My father had been dealing with them for 10 years, and the response to the review that was made about feces was incorrect. They should be ashamed of themselves for up selling him 400.00 to begin with. Thank you. Resolution Sought Put them on notice that after 10 years of doing business with them to have cared more about the money then the 1400.00 chair he Initially was asking about, there had been an 850 chair for months and said it had been sold. Bottom line, they took advantage of an 83 year old man and this was done all via the phone...The fact that David said there was feces on the chair was not correct because the day after all of this transpired I took pictures and all I saw was a couple small spots of blood.
