Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I was looking for a personal loan on line and Tracy from Achieve Personal Loans contacted me and said I was approved for a 3000.00 dollar and they would deposit some money into my account I just had to send it back to them as a good faith measurement to make a long story short my bank closed my account after 18 years with them. Resolution Sought I really don't have the 2902.00 dollars to pay the bank back and I am going to lose my home and my car.

I have paid $1060 in advance to receive a loan from Achieve and as of today, June 8, 2024, I still haven't received my loan proceeds. Ben Thomas, Manager states that he is awaiting approval to help me pay the "last" payment of $250 due to reopen my loan file with them. So, he can do a Walmart to Walmart transfer to me immediately. Ben Thomas' phone numbers are: 601-600-7218 and 650-420-1747. My loan officer, Jimmy or Jonathan Harris' phone number is 404-666-0759. Resolution Sought I want one of two things right now: ALL the money I have advanced of $1060 be returned to me via wired into my checking account immediately; or, I receive the wire transfer in the amount of $4,060 via Walmart to Walmart immediately.
