Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They say they are there to help you and sign you up with a loan supposedly. I had to repeat the supposed course cause when payment time came I would arrange to pay it a bit late but that very month. Arrangement is accepted but they still interrupt your suppose class so much is missed till you pay but sadly you fail and have to plan and take the class again but if the same happens you aren't move nowhere it's just bad service. There no point to arrangements. Now if you want out of there program. They then start to threaten to bring account to current or else it would go to collections and are obligated to pay half of the supposed amount of the cost of the program whether you took it or not they don't care. Which my case only two failed course which they gave bad service and interrupted both course cause of late payment. I am to have surgery soon and I know I will have to interrupt payments and then resume when I am able to again. I don't like how they lie in the name of good education and that they are there when they aren't. They don't care for no one nor there circumstances. Help I wish I have out of this mess which feels unfair. It feels like a scam cause they never tell you if you want out they will make you pay like you too half the program. I am not happy and don't want this to happen to others. Please help if possible. Resolution Sought I wish they can help me and others getting tricked into this and they aren't true to their word and standards. They also lie and don't tell you if you quit you are obligated to to pay half of program in the name of debted loan which does make sense a loan they should return that wasn't even use which they keep.

Achieve test prep is harassing me to pay $10.408.86 for school fees that I have never in my life attended. I have never attended any of their schools or programs that they are claiming money for. Now, they are threatening to destroy my credit if I don't pay this money, harassing me about debt collections, which I think is wrong. Resolution Sought I want you to stop them from harassing me, because I don't owe them nothing and I think that it's fraud.
