Achieve test prep is harassing me to pay $10.408.86 for school fees that I have never in my life attended. I have never attended any of their schools or programs that they are claiming money for. Now, they are threatening to destroy my credit if I don't pay this money, harassing me about debt collections, which I think is wrong. Resolution Sought I want you to stop them from harassing me, because I don't owe them nothing and I think that it's fraud.

I was trying to further my education, I found this school called ACHIEVE. They told me in I have to start school as soon as possible and I have to make a deposit of 1000 and I did, and two days later I had in emergency came up I couldn't start the school in that two weeks,if they can move it further they said no. In that case I asked them to give my money back. They said can't give me the money back once I agreed I have to pay the tuition. I don't even start the school and they keep asking me to make payment I claimed to have a refund of 1000.00 I made, they refused to do so and threatened to send me to collection agency if I don't pay the full payment of the entire course which is more than 8000.00. Resolution Sought Help me to have a refund.

It's crucial for us to understand and address concerns like yours to improve our services. We strive to provide clear communication and flexibility to accommodate our customers' needs. It's important to note that your enrollment occurred on 03/08/2024, and your cancellation request was made on 03/12/2024. As per our cancellation policy, you have the right to cancel your programs until 24 hours after purchase. Written notice must be received by ATP within the specified cancellation period to be valid. After 24 hours of purchase, certain commitments apply, including registering and paying for at least one product, as well as covering the cost of any product(s) or resources that have been started or completed, along with 30 of the total program cost prior to any discounts or grants. Additionally, when you requested to cancel, we offered an academic break among other financial reliefs. Despite our efforts, we did not hear back from you after you mentioned speaking to your husband about the matter. We attempted to reach you multiple times via phone without success. Furthermore, on 5/16/2024, you contacted us requesting our address to send a paper check. An appointment was scheduled, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you by phone at the agreed-upon time. Please know that we value you, and we're committed to finding a resolution that meets your needs. I encourage you to reach out to us on 888-600-3640 so we can discuss your situation further and work toward a satisfactory solution together.
