What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. No review process is perfect, though, so it’s important that the reader determine for themselves how much weight to give to any individual review. They took a difficult situation and fixed it. They really made me feel valued!

It started as a disaster, but they took full responsibility for errors made on their part and gave me a heartfelt apology!! Hugo was very sincere and definitely earned my business! My sister almost died and now I'm her caregiver, as much as I didn't want to cancel my enrollment, I just don't have the capacity right now to focus on school while taking care of her, her special needs son as well as work full time and take care of my 3 children. Hugo understood my situation and stepped outside the box to help me!! I cannot wait to get back to a point where I can follow my dreams and earn my degree and I'm looking forward to doing it with Achieve Test Prep!!! Definitely recommend them!!
