Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have been trying to contact them for almost 4 days they said they made multiple attempts to deliver my package but they never did and now they won't give me my package they keep saying I have to submit a ticket and then they will redeliver it but they have not Resolution Sought I just want my package

I have five packages containing a total of 63 items I've ordered from wish.com ACI Is saying they were all departed from their facility and USPS is saying they have not yet received any of them. I have reached out to both parties, ACI and USPS and basically both parties are blaming the other party. However its funny that out of all the items I ordered recently it's only the 5 packages that traveled through ACI that aren't being delivered. I am still waiting for USPS to respond to the 5 open investigations on the missing 5 packages and ACI response was that all 5 packages are supposed to be in USPS' care. I never had any issues with USPS only their shipping partner facilities, once with Pitney Bowes and after I filed a complaint here with the BCA and that situation was resolved. Now I am experiencing a new issue same problem, but worse because now it's literally every combined shipment, packages that go through ACI, USPS' shipping partner facility are missing 5 packages with 63 items contained within them never arrived! They are saying its USPS responsibly and USPS is saying they haven't received them yet!!!!! Resolution Sought I just want my 5 packages and for USPS to use a different shipping facility if possible for my many packages I order from wish and amazon every month?? I feel like it's personal at this point for this to keep happening through ACI its literally all packages I've ordered that go through that facility this has happened with!
