Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I've been waiting for a package that I ordered through SHEIN. ACI Logistix was the carrier and they said that they attempted to deliver my package twice yesterday, however I was home all day and NO ONE rang my bell. I live in a building for reference so all you have to do is ring the bell to be buzzed in. They have absolutely no one to contact and I've tried. SHEIN says I have to contact the local carrier to retrieve my package yet there is no one to contact information for me in order for me to pick up anything. I have called the number to the nearest location and sent emails - I receive no response from calls and automated email responses HOURS later. My order tracking number was : 04102100000015100020047608 My SHEIN order was : GSU1C7280000QWL Resolution Sought Ideally I would like my package by Tuesday morning, if it won't be delivered by then, then I want a FULL refund from SHEIN.

I have been trying to contact them for almost 4 days they said they made multiple attempts to deliver my package but they never did and now they won't give me my package they keep saying I have to submit a ticket and then they will redeliver it but they have not Resolution Sought I just want my package
