These people are so rude, Randy, Connie, and Ben, first of all, they installed a fence not to my satisfaction, it doesn't connect to my property line as promised before the work was started, and they're preying on the minority homeowners $3,000.00 grant in East Cleveland for a fence that was not $3,000 worth of work & want me to pay an additional fee of $200.00 to add 3 feet to connect to the property line that was promised before they started the work, and the inspector agreed with me and that Acme Fence And Lumber needs to make it right . This fence was put in front of my existing fence. The fence doesn't look complete and has a gap because it doesn't connect to the property line. Thank you. Resolution Sought My desire is for Acme Fence And Lumber to make this right as promised to connect to my property line with out a gap, which was the purpose for the privacy fence in the first place, so that I do not have to come out of pocket, when by Ben this would be taken care of, but Randy is asking for an additional fee of $200.00. Thank you.
