"Manager" Tom Bradley is extremely disrespectful and yelled at me and was being hostile and refused to do his job and inspect my vehicle and had no reason to send me away or yell at me, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm My car is brand new 2023 Altima, after 3 months I have been feeling a slight vibration and my steering wheel sticks to the left and right, on 12/11/2023 I dropped my car off to be CHECKED/ diagnosed…..Today on 12/12/2023 "service Manager TOM BRADLEY" calls my fiancé and says he drove the car and doesn't feel anything wrong with it and said they aren't going to waste their time "PLAYING UNDER THE HOOD LOOKING FOR PROBLEMS" we then called back and again spoke to TOM BRADLEY and told him that I would like for him to still check the car out even though he does not feel what I feel to which he told me NO, he said it was a waste of time and that it will cost $150 AN HOUR if I want the car checked and the only way he will check it is if I come there and show him what I'm feeling. I then had to take an Uber there and when I got there he began yelling at me and being extremely rude and unprofessional I explained to him that there is no way he can feel the vibration or wheel sticking from the passenger seat and he then yelled at me to take my key and leave. I am in complete disbelief at the behavior of this man and how he is representing Nissan, this individual does not represent Nissan in a good way and should be fired. WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS. Resolution Sought Corrective measures.
