My car got repoed and towed away so I called the tow company and ask to come and get my belongings and said it will be a 75.00 fee which under Arizona law is illegal Resolution Sought My car out of impound free of charge and the business fine or sued for shady business practices

Company states; Customer Mr. Blanchard's car was reposes on 11/1/22. The following day customer contacted office, personnel informed Blanchard on company procedures and fees customer contacted local Phoenix Police Department and they informed Blanchard on company policy. Customer was upset and walked away business location. Customer was informed in order to obtain vehicle in return he needs to come current with past payments. It was clarified to customer that unit was not privately towed, it was in fact reposed.
