Unauthorized charge

I have not heard of this company before, yet they charged my credit card $99.95 for something, but I can't find out what for because they will not respond to any inquiries from me. I do not know how they got my card information because I didn't authorize any charges from them. If they were an honest business then they would want to make things right with the people they take money from rather than ignore them. They are shady at best and how they get a B rating is beyond me.
