My account with acorns was compromised by hackers, I have been on the phone with acorns customer support a half dozen times, have dozens of email exchanges where I have pleaded to transfer my money out of the acorns & into a separate bank due to acorns security being compromised. Despite uploading all the documents acorns has asked of me regarding my closed bank account, new bank statements even asking for a picture of my photo identification; they continuously reply stating the document can't be verified & have now froze my account. They even sent me an email requiring me to 3 way call them with my bank on the line to further verify things. After I told them my bank will ask me several verification questions & I will not have acorns listening in on the call to obtain my passcodes, they then proceeded to freeze & lock my account. This back and forth has been going on for over a week, I want my money from acorns and I want to close the account due to their security being compromised. Resolution Sought I want my money transferred to my Gesa credit union account as they have required a bank to deposit my money into

I requested back the 65.00 I had in investments due to losing my job and the pandemic. This is the sixth time I have called them since February of 2022. The 65.00 was returned the day after my bank account closed. Sending it back to Acorn. After calling again they assured me that they had gotten it and asked for a bank statement I told them the account was closed together we called the bank who supplied them with the original tracid # associated with transfer of funds and the number they used to transfer them back to Acorn. Acorn told me the money would then go into my Wells Fargo account. It never has this is the sixth time calling over this amount of 65.00 since February. I am told it is being sent back to me but never receive it. I have an Acorn Checking they cant even manage to return it there. I feel they are taking my money hoping ill give up. I need my money and want to know where it is. Resolution Sought Return my 65.00 to my Acorn banking account.
