What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. Their lack of service and not being on time (or even showing up) was inconsideration of my time and very disappointing.

An appointment was made to repair our air conditioner. Time of arrival was scheduled between 3-5 PM. At 5:00PM the technician had not arrived. I called Acree AC and was told the technician was busy and someone would call when they were on the way. By 6:30PM no one called. Again I called Acree AC and again was told the technician was busy. I cancelled the appointment. Their lack of service and not being on time (or even showing up) was inconsideration of my time and very disappointing. This complaint should be viewed by other consumers so they do not hire this company. Other consumers should become aware of the lack of service and inconsideration demonstrated by this company.
