Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have Repeatedly unsubscribed from this site and I contact me daily. I have messaged them and attempted to call them to get them to stop messaging me but they ignore me and my requests to be removed from their mailing list. Resolution Sought I want to be PERMANENTLY removed from all future mailings from this company.
