We bought a car from them and it had a warranty on it and after a week of getting it it started having problems we called them and they took it in and they said that they fixed it but they didn't the people that was there they moved to another location because they got tired of listening to all the customers that was having problems with there car and I have proof that they are doing a lot of people wrong I have it all on my phone to prove it Resolution Sought We would like our money back on the car because of all the problems we have

On October 18th, we were made aware of a service issue. Our service manager let the complainant and her hussband know their warranty has expired. Our warranty covers 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). On October 18th, the vehicle odometer read 19,334 since the time of purchase. All repairs are the responsibility of the the complainants. We have not moved locations, nor have any of the shops that we do business with. As of November 2nd, 2022, the odometer reads 20,505 as of 4:13 pm. This is well outside our warranty policy. With all our customers that are out of warranty, we offer to get them to one of our shops so that we can offer them the discounted repair rate that we receive. We have had no communication with the complainants since that offer on October 19, 2022.
