They Towed my vehicle in the middle of the night and ignored the fact I have my parking pass on the dashboard of my car . After paying for my car they come out to me and say the pass was on the seat. And kept my money anyway. I live in a low income community and an unexpected charge of 247 dollars is detrimental to my family right now. They towed my car and told me they didn't see the sticker ,I shouldn't have to pay for there negligence and I assume they are just preying on the poor community who can't afford a legal battle with them. Resolution Sought Refund my money for wrongful tow.
