Unresponsive to multiple contacts - did not ship item that was paid for

I purchased a pair of running shoes on 9-25-22 for $36.99 and my credit card was charged. I never received the shoes. I left multiple voice mails, emails, and even left a message on their FB page, and as of 12-20-22, no one has returned my messages. The order page states the order is "processing." Again, after numerous attempts to find out what is going on, I have been completely ignored. I don't know what is going on or if anyone else has had similar experiences.

I've made several purchases from active gear up and I always check this website for the most up to date athletic wear and apparel. If it has anything to do with getting of your butt and living your life they have something to aid you in your adventure. I've purchased shoes that were too small. I've purchased shoes that did not look good on me and they have replaced them without hassle. They even called to follow up on the newly delivered items to see if I like them. I hope they stay open for business for years to come. I really want to go on one of the the explorer trips but I would like to see more information and even a review or two so I can know what I'm getting into. I could go on and on about this website and its deals but I'm only allowed 3000 characters.
