Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I m contacting to try and file a complaint against my previous landlords. We rented from them for about 2ish yrs having multiple issues with them . We have recently moved out of their rental almost a month ago and contacted them in regards to getting our deposit back in which they stated in the first attempt that we would be getting it back. We have yet to receive it and have tried to contact them in regards to the matter and they have been avoiding contacting us back. Resolution Sought We would like to get our deposit back.
