At least my Acura through the dealership but then turn around and purchased it. They sent me the paperwork via Federal Express not telling me that they added a $2000 extended warranty to my contract. I didn't catch it at the time so I called them and text them asking to have that removed, they refused my calls. They didn't answer my text. I never received a copy of my paperwork when I asked for the paperwork they told me there's nothing on it that I need. I argued for a month and still no paperwork. I had to call the finance bank to get a copy of my paperwork, which they were happy to do it took less than 10 minutes. Resolution Sought Refund the extended warranty purchase in full

Consumer states; I was able to resolve it on my own. I was fortunate to be able to obtain my Finance agreement and other paperwork pertaining to the purchase of my vehicle threw the Financial Institution with which financed my vehicle. The extended warranty which I didn't agree on the purchase of, I was able to cancel when I received the booklet with very limited time frame for cancellation. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
