Acura Of Valley Stream reviews

I called the acura valley stream location prior to my arrival. I reached the location around 4:20 pm 7/27/22 to pick up a part that was previously paid for and was told by a few employees at this location that they were closed. I asked if their closing time is at 5pm and was told yes but they were going to leave anyway. I had to leave the location after traveling here for over an hour without the part that was fully paid for. The employee are very rude and unprofessional.
