I contacted them on 6/15/21 to replace a broken window at home. I paid them $215.17 up front, and paid the remaining balance of $430.00 once completed. I was instructed not to open the window for 48 hours. When I opened the window a week later it would not lock. I called and made the complaint with Tom. They stated someone would contact me that afternoon, but no one called. I called them over a dozen times that week with no reply. I was able to reach Tom again the following week and "he said he thought it had been taken care, and he will call me when he got into his office". Again no response. I've called them at least a dozen more times, and they still will not return my calls. Resolution Sought I would like my window to work properly and be safely secured, as it should be. Or a refund. Thank you!

Window glass was replaced with in week. She disputed charge on card 287.00 She stole and now complaining
