Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Poor and lack of communication with my case and keeping me informed of updates and outcome of my court dates. My first court date he didn't even attend due to medical issues and failed to inform me of this. Miss informed by parallels as to what is going on with my case. Was told my case was being negotiated when it was not. And could never get a returned phone call from anyone until l said l was going to report them. Insurance company had made a offer for settlement that no one called me about. I just so happened to be calling them for an up date on my case and a paralegal informed me of the offer. I was promised call backs l never received. I asked Mr Adam's if his health issues were going to be an issue and he said no. They now have chosen not to represent me when Insurance company is trying to settle. I had questions that l could never get answered and never was sent for a second doctors option about determined disability percentage. Resolution Sought Be held accountable. They have already chosen not to represent me anymore.
