To come out and set two traps with cat food was $500 without any guarantee of catching the animal at all. Mike, the owner, also didn't even bother to come in to the house to see where the wild animal was as, and THEN called us thieves. Mike from Rid A Critter is NOT RECOMMENDED. Very rude and a terrible way to do business. Resolution Sought Refund immediately.
