These apartments are very unprofessional in fixing maintenance requests as it is...and are now putting up rules that are limiting and blocking paying renters guests to park only 7 times a month before getting towed, this is basically controlling who comes to our homes, if we are paying rent and following parking rules this is absurd and seems illegal. Resolution Sought Allow paying renters to allow visitors that are registered in a correct parking spot made for visitors unlimited times a month as long as they are registered and in the correct area of visitor parking.

Company states: The person above has failed to answer the phone. The email provided does not belong to Ms. Fletcher. Residents who have guests will have to register after 6pm on weekdays all day. This is to ensure all visitors are able to have a place to park. Also, so that non-working vehicles are removed so that there are more spaces for actual visitors.
