Addus contracted by the in home care division of riverside county was providing full time support for family member enabling me to return to work and continue supporting my family. Once a relative moved in I did not realize how much time and care one person could need Addus sent helpers to do everything for this family member and did it in a respectable and honest way. No aids were trying to cheat the system leave before their shifts were over the only issues was they first sent a non English speaking employee as a temp until the full time person came 2 days later whom they hired to fit the exact needs of my family member. That aide actually became a family friend who we could count on to be there in an emergency. My family member ended up choosing to move into a skilled nursing facility because life got complicated and using a lift which Addus is required to do became a pain and my family member refused to wear adult diapers. They get 4 stars because the first week was a mess but the months to follow were great. Michelle D
