I took my car to Adelanto auto repair it was there for 3mos because he had multiple vehicles ahead of me. I decided to let my car sit in the shop until he's done with the other vehicles. I been taking him money for my car so he called me on the 08/19/21 and said that my car is ready for pick up. I went back to him tell he that something is still wrong with my car I need you to test drive it. He said okay and test drive the vehicle and told me he thinks he knows exactly what's wrong bring it back. So all in the same day later on that evening me and my family decided to drive Lancaster so why are on our way coming back the car cat making popping sounds so I will slow down pullover let cool down psalm so I did that the whole way. Once I made it 2 Barstow Road my car was smoking and I have to pull over again everyone got off of vehicle and it caught on fire. I mean like a blazing fire call Mark 4 in the burning and the fire department came out to put the fire out have all of my receipts. So on the 08/23/21 and now I have no vehicle I trust this man with my car and he almost killed me and my family they say they give her car in your money and just let it sit on their lot but never fix it you still have the same problems when you go and pick up the car they just take your money I told him about this and he asked me that I set the car on fire myself and I said hell no why would I do that I gave you all my money for my car I want in my car so please if you can help me Resolution Sought He has bad business I believe he should be shut down because all he does is take your money everyone and does not fix your car and the receptionist told me I'm very blessed to be alive because my right leg I have sciatic nerve damage so is very hard for me to get out of car by myself I walk with a crutch 4 my right side everyday all day must need it and he didn't even test drive my car before he gave me the keys back he just let me go on what the problem still there shaking my head

Customer brought her car in a few months ago. We informed her that we are backed up that we would not be able to attend her car right away. She agreed and her car was towed to the shop due to it not starting. We did a engine assembly and removal (Includes: R&I Engine & Transmission Assembly, R&I only those components necessary for the removal of the complete Engine Assembly. Does not include transfer components or tune Engine.) We bought a used engine that had 89K miles on it and installed it. We also did a oil change that included train and refill crankcase with premium motor oil, replace oil filter. Lubricate chassis where applicable. Inspect air and cabin filter, top off all fluid levels. Mrs. Henderson has done several payments as shown in the documents given (provided to BCA for review). After every repair we take the car for a test drive, we do this to ensure that the problem has been resolved. There was no problem so we informed Mrs. Henderson on 8/19/21, that car finished and ready to get picked up. She came in and picked up her car and drove it out. On 8/24/21, her husband came in the shop and requested proof of all previous work done with the Nissan while she was on the phone with him. Proof of service was already provided to Mrs. Henderson when Nissan was completed and invoiced. On 8/25/21, she called our office around 8:30am, informing us that her car has caught on file and it happened last night. She called back @approx 10:20am, she is upset and that her car caught on file (Nissan) and I asked her how and when did it happen? She stated that she's not sure how it happened and that it happened a few days ago. I asked her why didn't she tell us when her husband came in to pick up the documents? She said she didn't want to call without having the documents. I informed her that the only way I am possibly able to help is if I have proof that it happened and that it was due to something involved with what we repaired. Mrs. Henderson did not call me back with any proof or any information, so the issue was never resolved.
