The manager on duty who would not provide me with her name but it sounded like she got called "Denee" pronounced like Renee but with a "D". She said she would not give me any of the information needed for my Lyft paperwork and had to get her manager on the phone. She treated me with complete disrespect and threatened me to leave "her emissions testing facility because they don't do this for Lyft or Uber. The manager on the phone had to walk me through the paperwork to even see who did the test on my vehicle because he would not give me his name either (his employee code is 3935). Gordon Darby is the one who I spoke to on the phone and he had to walk me through filling out the paperwork because Denee wouldn't let me borrow a pen from the facility (which is asinine). They only plugged the machine in and charged me and I had to do all the work. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund because I did all the work.
