Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I contacted them the evening of 7/29/2022 about my A/C unit not bowing cold air. They said that they could come out the same day but it would be $ 389.00. If I want to wait until the next morning it would be 189.00 and on Monday 89.00. Well I decided to go with the 189.00 one because I run a business out of my home. The guy came out the next morning earlier then 10-4 time frame that was given to me. And he checked the unit and said that it needed a motor blower. And it would be 1,750. And he went out to his truck and came back and said that they didn't have one on the truck and that they could have me one on that Monday. I did tell him that I think that I had a warranty on the unit because it's a newer house. He went to his truck and claimed to have called Lennox to see if they had one. They had one and he left and went to the Clearwater location and seem to have gotten one. When he came back he took the old one out and went outside and was taking it apart and he had to leave several times because he didn't have a tool on his truck and he was very upset and cursing because it wasn't going as planned. He had arrived around 9:30AM and left around 2:00 PM. NEVER was I told that they will be charging me $625!for one hour of labor. And the diagnostic trip was $202.23. They add all these fees on you. Well I contacted Lennox that Monday and I have a warranty on my unit until July 24,2029 and they gave me a registration number and told me to follow up with Adirondack services . Resolution Sought I would like to have some of my money back that I was over charged for. And they need to be upfront with their rates.
