Dropped my truck off to get transmission done. Come to find out they don't rebuild. I've been without my truck since 4-6-2022. They got used transmissions they didn't like Work was suppose to be done Friday 4-15-2022. Excuse was didn't like the used transmission.So work halts to getting done till 4-19-2022 No calls to explain. I had to call them several times. Dishonest people with no communication Resolution Sought Be honest with honest work without screwing people and coming up with excuses in doing their job

First customer did not complain at all to me. Sorry customer feels that way. But when he came 4/6/22 he knew we don't rebuild trans that I put in used transmissions! It was supposed to be done 4/15/22 and it was, but trans that I purchased thru junk yard did not turn out to be good. So in order to warranty it I had to take it out and bring it back to yard to get another one. Once we did that and put it in and he was ready to go. That's what happens when you try to help people cheaper than everyone else. I've even got rebuilds from Advance Auto that had problems. But if that customer needs me again I would be glad to help him. Sorry for the complaint. I just purchase them and put them in, its used parts. that what he paid for. If there's a problem customer needs to have patience.
