They've been working on my vehicle for the past 4 months and still have not fixed this issue with my car. I had first took it inside of the car shop originally because I was getting an oil change, which they noted that I had an oil leak, but they did not tell me nothing about it. When I notice that I had the oil, you leak, and I had approached the dealership about it, they confirmed that they knew about the oil leak, but they never mention anything about it to me till I mention it to them. I didn't had 7 different parts that some that I paid for. Some the shop paid for. They even put dye on it numerous times. Still 4 months later I have the same issue. Almost every week, for at least 2 to 3 times in a week that I waited patiently inside of their lobby for them to diagnose the problem about where the leak is coming from I've been told many things about this oil leak that they could do for this to be done. Still, I have this oil leak that is going on. I have spoken with the owner of the shop about actions that they could have done before the warranty actually went out, but they chose to roll with their own timeline of taking their time, which I understand and I respected because I know that it be very busy when it comes down to I don't shop. I just recently took my vehicle to another auto shop, which they told me that the issue with the vehicle was the oil housing filter. A part that I actually paid for. The owner been avoiding which I have proof for 3 days and get to the lobb Resolution Sought It's not about the money, I just needed my car fixed. When you pay somebody to do a job, you expect him to do something that they love correctly. Here we have a owner. That don't know anything about vehicles, which that is understandable, you can have a owner that don't know much about vehicles, but at least have an owner that make sure that the job is done right, I just want this job to be done right, is that too much to ask, but at this point, I just want the refund.
