My complaint is that I purchased a year subscription to be able to use this with my business and personal affairs. The purchase was made I believe in June of 2022 as I paid for a year of these services. Last week when I attempted to call back to update my information due to the fact that my phone was stolen the representative refuse to assist me and canceled my subscription at the same time. The problem is I paid for the year and I expect to be able to use it for a year. This company blatantly is trying to steal my money which is not right I can prove my Identity or they can refund the amount to the same account they took it from. The account is under melissagwinner77@gmail.com Resolution Sought I would like this business to update my information as they are allowing whoever stole my phone to have access to all of my documents as well. I would like to be able to use the service for the remainder of the year or I would like it refunded to the same account they charged.

Subscribe to Adobe & rarely used, this was one of the reasons to cancel on their website. This request to cancel is $59.99, with no options. Reading complaints online & I am not the only one with this issue. There is no telephone number to call, the chat option appears to be not working, we all have stated this fee isn't listed anywhere on the sign-up page. This is an unethical business practice at its worst. Resolution Sought Give the customer a different option to cancel if a service isn't wanted any longer.
