Harrassment for a 1.00 payment

These people called me threaten to turn my car off for a 1.00 payment they called my references for a 1.00 payment. The worst customer service shit I have ever seen. Here it is this car is not working even drivable and they are harassing me for a dollar payment the agent had to laugh which was embarrassing and humiliating. Here I am at work being harrassed for a dollar
