I was ripped off of my money several times with this services and all the horrendous fees of taxes presented to me. There were many charges given and I had to consistently advise and adjust my balances. All procedures were not specify clearly in text of fees and set rates. There were charges of wiring money to another service line that was totally outstandingly high in cost with a newly developing small business that using the system to avoid illegal taxation compensation. I feel my balance should not be increased due to the amount of mess up on this company. Another incident has cause my company to have checks bounced because I would put the amount requested but so many other additional charges were applied that you do not get back next in credit during annual taxes. Such as check deposit, money wiring, double payroll fees , invoices and taxes. I was ripped out of the little money I did have. We were sorry to hear that LaShika Charles' experience was less than stellar as we value our clients and try to work with them in good faith to provide the best possible resolution of any issues. In response to complaint, dedicated members of our ADP Service Team were assigned to research and follow-up on this matter for our client, Smiles Cleaning Services LLC. Due to miscommunication during the onboarding process, the client was not fully aware of ADP's debiting process with respect to payroll, nor aware of processing fees assessed for returned items. At this time, we have corrected the fees assessed against the client's account and will be actively assisting the client in processing the correct balance due. ADP remains committed to fixing this issue and greatly appreciates LaShika's patience while we work through this. We thank the Business Consumer Alliance for providing this opportunity to resolve this matter for our client.
