They charged my account for no valid reason. Current alarm account charges should be 49$ a month. Resolution Sought Refund me my money that was for my mortgage.

I have tried signing up for 401K through ADP through email and through 2 phone numbers I am unable to speak to a live customer service representative I am uncomfortable that ADP has my full social security number in order for me to sign up for there service and I can't speak to a customer service representative Resolution Sought Speak to a live customer service representative to address above concerns.

Upon receipt of BCA Complaint ID 99029585, ADP Retirement Services reached out to Mr. Walton and his employer to ensure that he has instructions available for registration as well as contact information for ADP’s Participant Services Team should he need any further assistance with this process. Mr. Walton will retry his registration and enrollment at his convenience.
