I am ADT customer since 2019 and have had several service calls. I have never paid for replacements or a fee for service. When I called in August to schedule service for my Security Monitor screen that was a little blur but functioning. I was not informed that there would be a service fee. for the technician A technician came on 8/4/25. He asked if there had been a power outage and I said no. He said that the monitor will have to be replaced. He installed a new monitor. He did not tell us there would be a cost for this. He didn't give us sign a service agreement to sign which is an ADT policy. We were under the assumption that there was no cost to us. When I received 8/23/25 ADT Invoice, I was charged for the monitor $771.02 and the technician service call/installion cost of $59.00. This totals $830.02. My 12/1/25 invoice showed a balance of $933.64. I don't know what the difference of $103.62 is as of 12/1/25/ I have made numerous calls to ADT Customer service disputing this charge for the installation because I was never informed of the cost and I did not sign off on there service agreement because I was not given one to sign, If I had know the cost me I would have told him to leave the old one. I am a senior 77 with a fixed income. I cannot afford this monitor. I told ADT to put back my old one.I made calls disputing this on 9/2,10/31,11/7,11/12,11/17&11/19. I was informed by Chris Foot , Acct Mgr that I would not receive a credit. Resolution Sought On 11/19/25, I asked Chis Foot / Acct Mgr to cancel my account. He said it would be canceled as of 12/18/25. I told him I would like to have it done as of 11/19/25.I told him I did not think my rights as a consumer to make a decision to replace or keep my security monitor were honored. ADT Account # : 313861534 I would like for my account to be credited for the 8/4 /25 service call and installation of a new security monitor for $830.02 and an explanation for the balance left on my account.

I became an ADT customer in June 2025. This is my second letter of complaint regarding ADT. On January 5, 2026, I called ADT's business department to request a monthly statement detailing the balance of my bill for the equipment I am paying for. I spoke with three representatives, and none could explain why I was not receiving a statement by mail or email. They informed me that I could access the information through my ADT Plus account. However, when I did so, it did not provide the balance of my bill. In June 2025, ADT installed the wrong camera. It took months for them to rectify the situation, only after I contacted the BBB to request that ADT fix their mistake. ADT is causing me unnecessary stress that could be avoided. I need your help concerning the difficulty I'm having with ADT. Resolution Sought I need a statement each month after my payment showing my balance. You can send it to either my mailing address or my email address. Thank you
