Personally I've been with ADT all this year and they failed to this day after several months to replace the Home Nest Camera in the Kitchen which is the main reason I signed up for ADT. Again, they failed to stop by on a scheduled time which both parties were known officially in advance and even after over five calls of complaints. It is extremely disappointing and seems like a set up of some sort by the regional manger of this area of Cartersville, Georgia please if I may ask of you to over see this situation. Resolution Sought Fixed ADT Home Nest Camera.

After thorough review of their account, ADT determined Mr. Linley first reached out to ADT on 9/11/2025 regarding their camera cord being chewed through by their dog and were unsure if the camera was damaged. We scheduled a service visit on this call for 9/15/2025. We updated the customer that we did not have a replacement part available and rescheduled the visit for 10/9/2025. It was advised to the customer that due to their dog damaging the workings of the camera, the replacement is not covered by their warranty and would be an out-of-pocket expense. On multiple attempts to replace the camera, Mr. Linley declined the charges, and no work could be completed. After leaving voicemails on prior attempts, I spoke with Mr. Linley on 11/11/2025 and he advised he elected to have the camera shipped and self-installed, rather than paying extra for it to be professionally installed. He confirmed the camera was already received, installed, and working. He stated he no longer needed assistance and his issue was already resolved. Please let me know if you have any questions, I am more than happy to assist you in any way I can.
