ADT and I had a contract for 2 years. At the end of the contract they said, "oh by the way you owe us for another year. " That's not true. Resolution Sought Stop trying to get more money from me.

I called ADT Company to install cameras and they sent a technician to install the system. But I noticed the technician was drinking hard liquor and made several holes in my interior walls and outside wall. This was in 2022 I reported this and the supervisor from El Paso, Texas was gong to help me with this. But months went by and he didn't call, when I called back I was told he was no longer with them & was given another person to help me Eddie he started and all of a sudden he was gone also. So I called them and told them I will stop paying and will not pay another penny until my issue is heard and resolved! I owed 510$ and 3 days later my bill is now 1,800$ and my service is turned off!! So actually they DO NOT care that their technician cane to my house & drank in my house while installing cameras and drilled holes in my walls & left them like that. I have spoken to various people and NOONE has bothered or care that their technician came in my house to do a job! But also drank in my house and drilled holes. The holes are still there & I have my best friend as a witness. I called her to come when I saw him going to the liquor store a few blocks from my home. Resolution Sought I would like to have a Real Billing management either give me a discount like I was told they were going to do or pick up their equipment and I owe them nothing!!! I am not a mean person & never done this before!!! But why should I let ADT Company get away with this!!!
