I signed up for Solar Panels through ADT, probably back in Sept./Oct '23, the Panels have been installed since before Thanksgiving, but no one has come to finish the installation of a Single Component, so that the process may proceed to get it operational. Payments began coming out for the system in January, but I have filed paperwork to postpone payments due to system not being operational; they've agreed to postpone payments until April. From January through the end of February, I had made NUMEROUS (More than 12) calls to their Service #, but keep getting told that my account is waiting to have a New Project Manager assigned. It has been another month since I've attempted making any contact, as I feel I've done my diligence in trying to get this resolved, but cannot get ANYONE from ADT Solar to contact me. Please be advised, their HQ is in Louisiana, but I am located in Oklahoma. I cannot afford BOTH my OG&E Bill AND the Solar Bill, as one was to eliminate the other, nor do I believe that it is ethical business practice to expect a client to pay for service that has not been actualized. Resolution Sought I'd prefer to have my installation completed and get the system operational, as I'd be concerned about the condition of my roof, if the installed panels, etc. were to be removed, as well as the Vinyl Siding that was removed to install the meter boxes. However, I'm not certain how long I can further postpone payments, if at all, to avoid paying for a service I DO NOT have, nor do I intend on paying for something that I am not, nor have not received.

For over a year since they took over our solar. We have been trying to get them to change out our motherboard. When I call customer service they keep telling me that the local office will contact us in one or two days and filing their own complaints. We need a repair and everytime it goes past the time limit we have to have another tech come out and start all over. On ordering a part. Resolution Sought To fix our solar system so we can monitor our solar panels properly
