Adtranquility has been withdrawing funds from my checking and visa card accounts. (Approx $22 per month) i have attempted to resolve the issue online with them to no avail. I want the withdrawals stopped and a refund of duplicate finds. Resolution Sought Stop the withdrawals from my accounts and refund excess charges.

To locate or validate which email address you used to purchase your AdTranquility subscription, you can locate it by using one of these two methods: • Click the Cogwheel within your AdTranquility app and go to your Settings (this is a sample image and does not depict your actual account or subscriptions). • Search your email inboxes for the keyword, AdTranquility. The email you used to subscribe to our services with will return results based on this keyword. If you cannot locate your customer email, then the only other possibility is that your email was misspelled upon ordering. To solve this, please provide the following details so we can do a more thorough search within our database: - a bank statement of the transaction - first 4 digits and last 4 digits of your credit card - full name on credit card - location of purchase, so we can differentiate from similar last 4 digits transactions If you located the email used to purchase our subscription and you wish to cancel your subscription immediately, you are able to do so via our Cancel & Refund form. Upon submission, your subscription will immediately be cancelled and your refund, if applicable, will be processed for any charges incurred for the past 60 days. Most refunds are back in your account within 10-15 business days. We issue the refund immediately, but it takes the banks some time to process the transaction. We look forward to your reply so we can resolve your issue.
