On 4/21/22, @4:14 I purchased a total of 60 items. When the girl that was in training told me $134.26, I asked how? She said what you got. I still questioned but she got rude and said $135.26, so I paid and left to get home and see that she had charged me for an item that I never even asked to see or purchase. It was for a vap magic evod 3in1. I never once asked for the item, it was $35.26 and I paid cash. I had called the store back to let them know that they messed up and I was charged for an item I never purchased. The normal worker I dealt with answered the phone, I explained the situation and she even admitted that I never purchased the item. I told her I was on my way back for my money. She told me there is no exchange or refund and the most she can do is write the New girl up and even though she knew I didn't purchase it she can't refund. I have my receipt and I know they can look at the camera and see exactly what I purchased and they will see that nowhere at all did I purchase that item for $34.99. They refuse to give me the boss name and number, so I can speak to the manager. I have written email and contact the store every day and the manger never seems to be there. I have even tried to reach her thru the store Facebook and I'm being ignored. That's very frustrating because as a business they should be giving me my $35.26 and admit that they made a mistake. Resolution Sought I want money back.
