Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Took out a loan for $350.00 around 1/14/22, 1/28/22 walked into their office to pay $100.00 on the loan. With interest, loan pay back amount is $416.00. The very next day, they debited the entire amount of $416.00, which over drew my account. I called the office where I took out the loan, E 63rd St in KCMO. The agent gave me a phone number to call for customer service. I called, explained the issue and was transferred to a supervisor. She told me that because I didn't check a "box", they could go into my account and take the money. They also debited my account for $100.00, as well. I asked why wasn't the amount credited to the loan, she replied, I will give it back to you...I asked her to apply the $100.00 to the loan, as intended. I also called my bank to stop payment on their unauthorized debit. It costs $35.00 as well as a retuned check fee ($35.00) which resulted from their debit of my account. Resolution Sought Complete loan payment schedule, not take it all at once, especially since I paid $100.00 towards the loan balance and they charged my account for that amount, too.
