You are losing business by not going the extra step to help a woman or anyone!

I went to the store twice today first to asked if they could check about an interior fuse. They said they don't do that. I left and saw another advanced auto in Bristol CT . A very nice guy came out to try to help find my interior fuses. He could not. I finally found what I was looking for in my manual. On my way home I stopped back at Terryville store, I told them I needed a fuse he proceeded to show me the aisle fuses were on. He said I don't know what fuse you need I said if I had needle nosed pliers I could get it and show you! Absolutely no offering of help, wrong pliers. Oh and did I say his personal hygiene could have been better he stunk!! Well I will NEVER be back to advanced auto and I've told everyone I know!
