My trash hasn't been picked up for 3 weeks. My check no. 5766 for service 11/1/2021 - 1/31/2022 was cashed on 11/16/2021. Resolution Sought Refund my $39.09

I pay this company each month to pickup our trash and always go home on trash day with trash still there. I have contacted them and asked countless times for them to do what their charging us for but still get nowhere. I would like a refund for having to do their job and pay them for nothing. Resolution Sought Do their job or refund my money.
