When I took the letter to them they denied me and nothing had changed as far as my credit and income

They sent me me a letter saying that they would lend me up to 4000 dollars. When I took the letter to them they denied me and nothing had changed as far as my credit and income. They cost me time and money going to Kimball tenn. To Stop false advertising and reimburse me 100 dollars for my time and gas money it cost me
