Advanced Travel Network representative presented an opportunity to rent my timeshare property for an "advertising fee" of $1996.00. Offers would be sent to my email for review. The sales representative stated the first offer would arrive by 90 days from the contract date of 8/12/2022. No offers were recieved until Advance Travel Network was contacted for an update on 5/18/2023. Customer service stated an offer was sent in October of 2022 but there were no such offers in my email inbox or junk mail folder. I was not contacted in anyway until asking for the initial update on 5/18/2023. The offers sent were not valid. The next update was requested in June 2023 after no offers were sent. The June offers were not valid either. A request for a refund for the "advertising fee" was submitted to Advanced Travel Network in August of 2023. Per the customer service representative, the refund request was denied. When asked for further detail, the representative stated they would need to involve the supervisor that made the decision, who was unavailable at that time. A request was made to have the supervisor call back to explain the denial reason. The call was missed. When attempting to call back, the customer service representative again stated no supervisors were available to explain the denial reasons. Customer service stated I would be receiving more rental offers within 2 weeks. No such offers were recieved. Advanced Travel Network does not deliver on promised services. Resolution Sought Refund the full "advertising fee" of $1996.00

We have been actively marketing and advertising the property since we acquired Mr. Barnes as a client. We understand his frustrations and come to an agreed upon resolution on his account. We are refunding Mr. Barnes $276, the funds remaining in the account reserve.
