Car abused by Advanced Collision after repair to my 2017 Dodge Charger! Charger do not look like the same Charger repaired. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to pay me for the lost value taking away from the charger plus correction of the paint to the whole Charger and for suffering mental distress the lost of any parts that are missing.

We were very sorry to hear that the repairs to Ms. Ross's 2017 Dodge Charger did not meet her expectations. At Advanced Collision, we always have every desire to address our customer needs and provide the best solution available to resolve any issues they may have. In our review of the facts and timeline, we feel that we took the time to do this when on February 7th, our owner, general manager and two of our seasoned paint refinish staff spent over an hour going over the vehicle with Ms. Ross and addressing all of her questions and concerns. We originally contacted her insurance company to review the repairs along with before and after photos as well as Ms. Ross's own personal visit to her insurance agent's office to ensure their opinion of her complaints. After speaking with all parties involved, not one person with the insurance company was of the opinion that Advanced Collision did not do the proper work. Since then, the customer filed complaints with several consumer companies. However, in an effort to show good faith and satisfy the customer I scheduled an appointment on February 8th with Ms. Ross, to bring her car in and let us repair/refinish the rear bumper, which was not part of the claim, to help satisfy her expectations of her vehicle. Ms. Ross agreed but on the scheduled date, Ms. Ross did not show up for the appointment. At Advanced Collision, we take pride in repairing vehicles to restore their pre-damaged condition and that is why we offer all customers our lifetime warranty on our labor and we only ask that our customers give us an honest and fair chance to help them. Again, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our service and we work very hard to maintain our reputation. We understand things happen from time to time, and we make every effort to make that right. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer, so it's our mission daily to retain satisfied customers and keep our trust worthy reputation.

Consumer called stating: she is not happy with the offer of repair/refinish the rear bumper because that is not going to resolve the problem. She is not willing to pay to buff out the car because that is something that should have been done. The color does not match with the bumper and that is not how the vehicle was. The paint looks like cheap paint. At this point customer wants the whole car buffed out and or repaint the whole car to match the color she had, if it cannot be matched then she will need to go with another color.

If she would like to drop the car off like agreed upon we will be happy to refinish the rear bumper. The buffing would need to be done at a detail shop as it is old paint with 5 years of normal wear and tear. This car is not garage kept and is exposed to the elements 24/7 for life of a 2017 model car. Plus, the existing finish has not been taken care of as it has fine scratches and surface imperfections. If her finish had been cared for, waxed often and the finish would look the freshly painted left side. We do not use cheap paint, we use PPG's highest line of products that carry a lifetime warranty on the finish. The PPG paint warranty is better than the factory warranty. In fact the side of the car we refinished looks like a new car and much better than the rest of her car. If she will follow directions we can get this solved. She needs to go get the cars finish buffed, paint corrected and waxed. Next bring the car to us to refinish the rear bumper. Ross's insurance company has already reviewed her car and stated the refinish on the left side is correct. Refinishing the entire car is not an option.
