This company did a repair due to leaking. The leaks were never fixed and in fact became worse. On inspection from another roofing company the original contractor failed to install flashing on the side walls of the dormer during shingle replacement shingles were installed under existing j channel and caulked. The original company refused to fix the problem. I filed a claim with their insurance but the insurance excludes them from doing stand alone roofing jobs. I have video, pictures and documentation as evidence. All I want is a roof that doesn't leak. This company assured me the leaks would be fixed Resolution Sought I want this company to refund me for the repairs , I do have estimates to do the job properly
