This company stopped sending me needed diabetic supplies on December 2022. Now 8 months later I get a bill. Im.not sure if I truly owe it, as they won't send out a bill, just email and demands a credit card number. This has happened before with them. I was supposed to get 3 months supply, got it, but was charged for 5 months. After several months I got it cleared up, but was treated terribly gor not paying it anyway. This company is very bad, not sending needed medical supplies, haphazardly sending emails with bills, demanding credit card numbers. Can this be looked into? I'm afraid they will continue to bill me when I don't owe anything and since they refuse to send paperwork I have no idea. Their excuse is always, insurance didn't pay, but they did. Resolution Sought Stop harassing me and sending me bills for what I don't owe.

I have answered before. This company is now trying to bill me even more money. They are threatening and harassing me. All I ask is a paperbill with proof of what I owe, and they refuse to send it. What more do I need to do? Please help me with this terrible company.
