They forgot my trash three times in a row

They forgot my trash three times in a row now and every time I called they tell me put extra trash out and they pick it up the following week. I asked him to bring me another garbage can because I didn't want the dogs to tear it out and no they wouldn't do it. They always got an excuse why they couldn't pick it up I was told they pick it up in 48 hours and Monday's to pick up and when I called back they said they couldn't pick it up till the following Monday. This happened to me three times now this month and I'm tired of it
