We would like to clarify the following: As-Is Sale Acknowledgement: at the time of purchase, Ms. Francis signed an As-Is, No Dealer Warranty agreement. This document clearly states the vehicle was purchased in its current condition with no promises or guarantees made by the dealer. Post-Sale Communication: We have documented text and phone call records with Ms. Francis from the days following the sale. During that time, she mentioned that a light had come on in the vehicle, and we referred her to a mechanic for evaluation. These communications show that we remained responsive shortly after the purchase. Vehicle Condition Report: When Ms. Francis returned approximately 6 weeks later to pick up her license plate, she stated the vehicle was "good" No concerns or mechanical complaints were brought up at that time. Third-Party Warranty: As part of her purchase, opted to include a third-party extended service contract, which is valid for 12 mths or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. Any repairs or mechanical issues covered under this contract must be submitted directly to provider for processing and reimbursement. We have no control over approval decisions or timelines. Return/Refund Policy: As clearly stated in our signed sales documents, we do not offer refunds or vehicle returns after the sale of an as-is vehicle. This policy was acknowledged by buyer at time of purchase. We understand that vehicle issues can be frustrating and are sorry to hear about the recent difficulties, that said Advance Auto Imports has fulfilled all responsibilities in this transaction and remains available to provide guidance to third-party warranty if needed.

I have a documentation where I called 3 days later to complain about the vehicle and none of this was told to me until today or whatever this was typed up when I went and did the paperwork for the vehicle none of this was told to me but of course they're going to try to cover their butt and I've been going back and forth with the stuff with this vehicle since March 3rd I was never told that the vehicle was as is matter of fact they cut the check engine light off he know and I know that none of that was discussed I remember everything just like it was yesterday but of course they will try to plead their case but that's fine because like I said I have a lawyer I don't even want the vehicle or whatever because I was sold a lemon I'm a single parent of three and I flee from a domestic violence and for them to take advantage of me God don't sleep

Please find attached copies of the sales documents, including the singed Buyer's Guide acknowledging the "As-Is, No Warranty" condition and the signed Bill of Sale. We take pride in conducting business with honesty and integrity. For clarification, the customer does have a valid third-party vehicle warranty, which allows her to take the vehicle to any certified mechanic of her choice for covered parts.
