Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I started going to this clinic in February with neuropathy they was supposed to fix the problem and they never even got close to fixing it I have tried to call them and no return call please help me with this problem cuz I can't afford to lose that kind of money when they did nothing they help me get a smart health card and they put that money on that and now I owe that money and I don't have it. Resolution Sought I I would like for you to check into this Advanced Medical Center because I think there are a lot of old people being scam. I'm 70 years old and there were a lot more older people there, we're at the age we don't need to be scanned by a place like that.

Our patients receive a complete home rehabilitation kit that they need to use daily on their own, to continue the progress that they made in the office. As we explain to everyone that comes to us for treatment, their results from the treatment alone, will never last forever when dealing with chronic conditions. They MUST follow the entire protocol. This is true for any doctor’s office, especially when treating peripheral neuropathy. There is no cure for this condition. The symptoms of this condition are guaranteed to come back unless the patient performs EVERY PART of the home rehab kit without quitting. When a patient notices that some of the symptoms are beginning to come back, they should immediately RESTART everything that was instructed to do at home. Patients sometimes discontinue the home rehabilitation, and then the symptoms slowly begin to come back. (Almost a dozen items are included in our kit that must be used/followed at home. We also include a private "Member's Portal Website" for our patients to access to multiple videos, books, and audio files to help improve their quality of life.) Neuropathy is a very serious health condition, and our office teaches patients how to keep control of their symptoms far into the future. But, this works ONLY if they make certain that they do everything as recommended. It’s a mandatory lifestyle change, and our office provides the best chance possible to reduce and/or eliminate symptoms from chronic degenerative health conditions, but patients must actively participate in the entire program. All of this is explained, in detail, before anyone agrees to begin treatment. We are disappointed anytime that someone says they feel they didn't get the relief they hoped for. There was no question about what I needed to do for myself at home I went Way Beyond the things that I needed to do for myself I did more I felt that it was a waste of my time I am seeing a real doctor for my neuropathy doesn't cost me a dime this is why Social Security wouldn't pick that bill up because it's all a you know what I did talk to a few people in the center that was going there and they said they didn't get any results from it
