On September 24, 2025 I ordered on line a trial order of Avinol Pm extra strenth for $5.95 . I know it was a trial order because I made a copy of the order because the order is shown as "Avinol PM Extra Strength Trial -1 Box". There was nothing about returning if I was not satisfied or anything else . On October 13, 2025 there was a charge on my credit card in the amount of $79.95 by "Sleep Aid"the same entity that charged the $5.95 post on 9-25-2025. I never ordered anything or RECEIVED anything for that $79.95 charge. I think this business is a scam!!!!! Resolution Sought Refund the $79.95 to my credit card account.

To whom it may concern, On 9/23/25 Mr. Nester placed an order on our website signing up for a 15 day trial period. The terms on the site advise that you will pay $5.95 for shipping and handling and have 15 days to try the product before you are billed for keeping. It advises that if you do not like the product you can simply call and cancel and request an RMA to return the product. Customer has not reached out to cancel or request a refund however using this complaint an email has been sent with the return information so that the customer can be refunded in full. The website i ordered from,which is no longer on the internet, did not say anything about a 15 day trial period or I had to call and cancel or that the $5.00 was a shipping fee. I have not , at this time, received an Email telling me how to return the pills I did not take back to them. I used half of them until I seen the charge on my credit card for $79.00. They have even reduced the price on their new website. If they will send me an authorization I will be glad to return the remaining pills.

I ordered a free trial and I am now receiving Avignon PM monthly which I did not agree to. The product is also 30 dollars more than what I can purchase at my local pharmacy. Resolution Sought I want them to stop Their advertising is very deceptive.
