Cleverly Deceptive Advertising. Deliberately Misspell Your email (So Customer Can Not Receive Return Number). Powerless to Trace Financial Debit Transaction. No Direct Email Address. Deliberately Changing contractor Telephone Number. Deliberately Changing Address (Suite) Number. Started Cancel "Bug Hunt" 3 Days After Receipt. No Date on Receipt. No Transaction $ Amount On Packing Receipt. Credit Card Not Billed On Receipt Listed "MYSLEEPSUPPORT". Advanced Nutraceuticals LLC

Customer gave me a full refund on request while still in money back guarantee

I ordered a product and I forgot that I had to cancel, I was charged and placed on a membership. I liked the product but didnt need it as often, called and spoke to company and they sent me an RMA email and allowed me to return it and my refund was issued in less than a month.
